I believe that we would not be able to build mutual relations without laying the foundation of our modern Kyrgyz-Azerbaijani relations, said President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov during a meeting in an expanded format, AzVision.az reports.
"These are deep historical and spiritual ties between our peoples. In this regard, we are pleased to note that there are no political conflicts between our countries Therefore, we are obliged to take advantage of this opportunity and expand our cooperation on behalf of the fraternal peoples of the two countries by combining our constructive efforts. The profound changes taking place in the world today give us a historic chance to build a new type of relationship. The basis of these relations is the ancient Turkish values such as dignity and honor, " the president added.
